How do I stop receiving text messages?+
Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message from us. You'll get one final confirmation text and won't receive further marketing messages. You can opt back in at any time from our SMS opt-in page.
What happens if I reply HELP?+
You'll receive an automated reply with the program name, a short description of what we send, our support email (chad@kluiq.com), and our phone number (+1 (248) 686-6955). No agent time required — help is always one word away.
Why do I have to reply YES after signing up?+
That's our double opt-in confirmation. After you submit the opt-in form (or agree verbally on a call), we send a confirmation SMS. You must reply YES to activate marketing messages. If you don't reply YES, you won't be subscribed to promotions — you'll only get informational account messages if you're an active Kluiq user.
How often will I get messages?+
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the types of messages you've consented to. Most subscribers receive a handful of messages per month — not per day. We don't send filler, and every campaign is reviewed before it goes out.
Do message and data rates apply?+
Yes. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Kluiq does not charge you for SMS, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Will my phone number or opt-in data be shared?+
No. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Consent data is stored only for compliance and audit purposes.
